Le plus grand spectacle de combat du monde, le « Seibu Festival », se déroule dans la ville-école de Rokka, communément appelée Asterisk, qui est entourée de six écoles. Ayato Amagiri, un étudiant spécial qui a été transféré au lycée Seidokan Academy, se promet de se battre dans cette ville afin de réaliser son souhait. C'est ici que s'ouvre le divertissement de la bataille scolaire dans lequel les âmes passionnées courent à toute vitesse !
