En la Escuela General de Policía se hace entrega a los alumnos que van a ingresar como policías en la Dirección General de Seguridad de armas y credenciales. El instructor Nogués les dirige la palabra y les recomienda que el uso de esas armas sea presidido por un rígido concepto de su conciencia. Como ejemplos relata a continuación dos casos totalmente opuestos en los cuales el uso de las armas ha de hacerse de muy distinto modo. Cuando termina su alocución lo hace con la recomendación de que las armas que se les entregan sean un medio, no un fin.

Thanks to his ability, Danny can draw each of the bandits who robbed the stage coach in which he was traveling with his father, who was killed. When he arrives to the next town he looks for a job helped by the sheriffs` daughter. After many obstacles, each of the components of the band gradually disappears. Danny believes that only fits the sheriff, but he is in love with his daughter.
