28岁的顾云苏（周雨彤 饰）经历失恋失业的双重打击后，在前路迷茫找不到人生方向时义无反顾选择回家找妈；原本打算“啃老”的顾云苏在毫无准备的情况下成为“叛逆”老妈吴俪梅（吴越 饰）的贴身护工，90后“亲妈系”女儿和70后“闺蜜系”妈妈的新式母女关系和抽象相处模式，伴随着重组家庭的新成员，上演了一出出啼笑皆非又温暖治愈的亲情故事。在180天陪产的日子里，顾云苏也逐渐体会到对母亲的深度依赖和珍惜，吴俪梅也对女儿有了“小棉袄”般的真切体验。顾云苏在温暖亲情和甜蜜爱情的陪伴中迎接家庭新成员的加入，也找到了事业和生活的新方向。
