Two Cops, one young and hotheaded, the other aging and by-the-book, are teamed up to break a case involving a series of Jewel heists by a ruthless young gangster and his illegal immigrant gang.

When an honest company employee is falsely accused of being an accomplice to a robbery, and his wife dies through police incompetence, he seeks revenge by launching a one-man crime spree, starting with the abduction of his former boss's spoiled daughter. But she soon begins to understand his motives, and becomes his lover and willing accomplice.

Three high-octane cops--an unorthodox one from Hong Kong, a straitlaced one from the Mainland, and one from the Philippines--join forces to demolish an insidious counterfeiting ring. Cops-and-robbers action fare taken to its most gleefully bullet-ridden extreme.

Police officers John and James investigate the case of Lee, a businessman. They seek help of Suki, a friend who double-crosses them and the two officers regroup after a setback to solve the case.
