Jeffers works security at a nuclear power plant. The plant is being decommissioned, and a politician is touring the plant and videotaping his comments regarding the closing. A terrorist group led by Samson gets inside the gates, with their ultimate goal the detonation of a nuclear bomb inside the plant. After local policemen and the other plant workers are killed, Jeffers and Janine alone must confront and halt Samson and his terrorist squad.

The year 2020 finds martial artist and desert ranger Ryan Steele (Roger Lee) in a future he'd never dreamed of: a post-apocalyptic nightmare where viruses have destroyed or mutated most of the world's population. Now there is one man in New Los Angeles bent on destroying the city with a deadly vial of bacteria known as "The Reaper," which he plans to release into the city's air supply. Aided by the mysterious wasteland dweller Isaac (Don Stroud), Steele is determined to find the maniac and his deadly cyborg henchman (world karate champion, Michael Laurin) before it is too late for all mankind.

After a three-year prison term in Japan, a yakuza heads for LA to buy two kilos of cocaine. He's going to smuggle it back to Japan, and it's to be his last score: he wants to marry Yoko, his long-suffering girlfriend, and get out of the life. But somebody sets him up, Yoko is shot, and he loses the suitcase of dope. He determines to stay in LA, retrieve the coke, and exact revenge: although he's a drug dealer, he still follows the samurai code of the yakuza. Along the way, he learns that his long-lost younger sister is in Los Angeles, and he teams up with an unlikely partner in his quest for justice: a petty thief who's trying to help a young woman get back to Japan.
