新社長の就任式を兼ねたレストランオープン記念イベントを手伝いながら潜入調査を続けていた典子は、バイトのバニーガールが一人病欠したことからバニーガールの格好にさせられてしまう。ところが、新社長への就任が決まっていた藤江修造副社長が時間になってもパーティー会場に現れず、就任式は急遽延期になる。やはり副社長は専務を殺した犯人で、どこかに逃走したのだろうか？！

そんな中、理恵と色気をプンプンさせたお局OL・松野貴理子が引率する形で、典子は社長命令の２泊３日の新人研修で山梨へ向かうことになった。
そこで、会社創業の礎となったというワイン「尾瀬の薫り」で乾杯するが、典子は山梨県なのに「尾瀬」という名前が付けられていることに疑問を感じ、社長に質問をぶつける。社長はふと真顔になるが「そんな昔のことは忘れたな・・・」とはぐらかす。その矢先、失踪中だった藤江修造副社長が河川敷の車の中で死体となって発見される。車の中から農薬の容器と「もう逃げられない。死んでお詫びする」と書かれた遺書が発見されたことから、警察は自殺と見て捜査を始めた。

やはり副社長が専務を殺して、罪に耐えかねて自殺したのだろうか・・・？

しかし、その後の捜査で修造の車の後部座席から「ＲＩＥ.Ｏ」と刺繍が入ったハンカチが見つかり、捜査は急展開を見せる。理恵が副社長の自殺（または他殺）に関係していたのではないか・・・警察はそう睨んだのだった。理恵の行きつけのワインバー「ｏｋａｚｏｎｏ」に連れていかれた典子は、理恵の口から意外な事実を聞かされる。殺された元木専務は、理恵が必死で実現した企画を全部自分の手柄にしていたという。また、理恵には以前、副社長から乱暴された秘密の過去があった。「あんな奴、死んじゃえばいいのにって思ったらさ、本当に死んじゃったのよ。二人とも…」とつぶやく理恵。
