A documentary on the influential musician Scott Walker.

In the 19th century, Romantic composer/pianist Franz Liszt tries to end his hedonistic ways but keeps getting sucked back in by his seductive fellow composer Richard Wagner.

The death of King Henry VIII throws his kingdom into chaos because of succession disputes. His weak son, Edward, is on his deathbed. Anxious to keep England true to the Reformation, a scheming minister John Dudley marries off his son, Guildford to Lady Jane Grey, whom he places on the throne after Edward dies. At first hostile to each other, Guildford and Jane fall in love, but they cannot withstand the course of power which will lead to their ultimate downfall.

In the far future, a savage trained only to kill finds a way into the community of bored immortals that alone preserves humanity's achievements.

("So What?") ("Two Ladies")茀蘿蓮被猶太水果商赫爾追求，("It Couldn't Please Me More")然後主持人和侍應們唱出一段對祖國的詩歌。("Tomorrow Belongs to Me") ("Why Should I Wake Up?") (If You Could See Her")果然艾朗斯的預感中了，茀蘿蓮把婚禮得到的禮物都退回並不結婚了，因為她知道和一猶太人一起會使她生意難做。("What Would You Do?") ("Finale")
