The son of a world famous mystery writer, Jimmy Kudo, has achieved his own notoriety by assisting the local police as a student detective. He has always been able to solve the most difficult of criminal cases using his wits and power of reason.

A message has arrived from Kid the Phantom Thief, that he will steal a Japanese sword belonging to wealthy Onoe Family in Hakodate, Hokkaido. Conan and Heiji Hattori, who happened to be in Hakodate, are on the case to capture Kid. Coincidentally the family lawyer of Onoe is found murdered in the warehouse district, apparently slaughtered by a Japanese sword. The suspect is an investor/arms dealer who is said to be after Onoe family’s hidden treasure. In the North among cherry blossoms, the exciting hunt for treasure begins!

据日本媒体报道，人气动漫《名侦探柯南》的全新特别篇作品《名侦探柯南：章节ONE 变小的名侦探》预计将于今年冬季播放。据悉，该剧由漫画原作者青山刚昌全面把关，对1996年1月8日播出的TV版第一话“云霄飞车杀人事件”未详尽描述的细节部分，例如各个角色的举动以及内心活动等进行了进一步的展开，并埋下了关系到之后800多话剧情的伏笔，是一篇全新的“起始章节”。《名侦探柯南》是一部讲述小学生侦探柯南解决众多疑难案件的人气漫画，1994年开始连载于《周刊少年Sunday》（小学馆发行）。TV版动画于1996年开始播放，次年开始制作剧场版动画。在TV版动画第一话“云霄飞车杀人事件”中，高中生侦探工藤新一和青梅竹马的女友毛利兰在多罗碧加乐园约会时遇到了杀人事件。身为侦探的新一揭穿了这场杀人事件的骗局，不料却在目睹了行动诡异的黑衣男子的交易场景之后，遭到背后袭击并被灌下神秘组织新研发的毒药Apoptoxin 4869，醒来时身体便回到了孩童状态。据介绍，本次的全新作品《章节ONE》是纪念TV版动画播放20周年的2小时特别篇。剧中，听从黑衣组织命令研发出Apoptoxin 4869的灰原哀等人将重新登场，而尚未和柯南相遇的少年侦探团、阿笠博士以及柯南尚未寄居到小兰家时的毛利小五郎也将会悉数亮相。此外，剧中还会解开新一与小兰去多罗碧加乐园约会的理由等谜底。据悉，《章节ONE》凸显了主要角色的魅力，解释了与黑衣组织的关系等，将《名侦探柯南》的整体设定清晰明了地呈现在观众面前。

阳光明媚的一天，柯南（高山南 配音）、小兰（山崎和佳奈 配音）以及少年侦探团的伙伴们随同毛利小五郎（小山力也 配音）来到大阪，参加在当地举行的“高中生皋月杯”百人一首和歌大赛。期间，他们还见到了彼此的好友服部平次（堀川亮 配音）和远山和叶（宫村优子 配音）。就在比赛进行中途，一封爆炸预告信送到电视台，警方迅速行动起来组织疏散。疏散一半时，爆炸突然发生，结果平次与和叶被困在建筑物中。而在一连串的混乱过后，一位皋月杯相关人员的尸体突然出现在众人面前。迷离的案情再度引起柯南的注意……
本片根据青山刚昌的超人气漫画改编，系“名侦探柯南系列”第21部电影版。

At the opening ceremony of the WSG (World Sports Games) Tokyo Games, a sports festival held once every four years, it is announced that the world's first vacuum superconducting maglev with a maximum speed of 1,000 kilometers per hour will open. While attracting attention from around the world, top executives of large companies are kidnapped from the party venue where WSG tournament sponsors gather. Conan moves toward a solution and eventually finds a connection with the WSG abduction case that occurred 15 years ago in Boston, USA.

コラボエピソード「乱歩邸殺人事件」は、劇場版「名探偵コナン 100万ドルの五稜星（みちしるべ）」にも参加した大倉崇裕が脚本を執筆。旧江戸川乱歩邸が物語の舞台となり、江戸川乱歩をめぐる難事件が発生する。
小林先生の引率で乱歩邸を訪れた少年探偵団。江戸川乱歩が書庫として使用していた土蔵には貴重な本が大量にあり、コナンたちは大興奮だったが、そこへやってきた佐藤刑事と高木刑事に近くの公園で殺害事件が発生したことを告げられる。事件の被害者の遺留品は普段公開していない土蔵に関係しているという。

As police inspector Yamato Kansuke pursues a certain man in the snowy mountains of Nagano, a shadow suddenly appears in his field of vision. While he's distracted, a rifle bullet fired by someone grazes his left eye and causes an avalanche accompanied by a roar. After a sudden explosion at Edge of Ocean island in Tokyo, Tōru Amuro, codename Zero, begins to investigate. Meanwhile, private eye Kogorō is arrested as a suspect, so Conan Edogawa conducts his own investigation to prove his innocence, but Amuro stands in his way.

On a dark night, the Japanese police is raided by a spy. Different countries' intelligence agencies - such as England's MI6, Germany's BDN, and America's CIA - as well as the FBI's secret files are going to be taken, but public safety officers lead by Tooru Amuro arrive just in time. The spy steals a car and escapes. The spy and Amuro are then locked in a dead heat on the highway, and just as it is about to cause an accident with multiple cars, the spy's car is hit by FBI agent Shuichi Akai's rifle bullet and falls of the roadway. The next day, Conan and his friends go to a newly-remodeled aquarium in Tokyo. Under the main attraction, a Ferris wheel, Conan finds an attractive woman alone and injured. Her left and right eyes are different colors.

The movie is set on a state-of-the art Aegis vessel with the full cooperation of Japan's real-life Ministry of Defense and Maritime Self-Defense Force. The corpse of a Self-Defense Force member has been found — minus the left arm — and a spy has infiltrated the Aegis vessel. The heroine Ran is put in jeopardy, and Conan is forced to stand up against the dangerous Spy "X."

Kogoro's detective agency receives a mysterious phone call. Someone on the other end warns about a bomb and leaves behind a code, which if Conan can decipher the riddle, he can stop the bomb. An adventure begins for Conan and the Detective Boys, taking place at a soccer match between Hideo Akagi of the Tokyo Spirits and Ryusuke Higo of Big Osaka.

Shibuya, Tokyo, is bustling with the Halloween season. A wedding is being held at Shibuya Hikarie, where Detective Miwako Sato of the Metropolitan Police Department is dressed in a wedding dress. While Conan and the other invited guests are watching, an assailant suddenly bursts in, and Detective Wataru Takagi, who was trying to protect Sato, is injured. Takagi survived and the situation was settled, but in Sato's eyes, the image of the grim reaper that she had seen when Detective Matsuda, the man she had been in love with, had been killed in a series of bombings three years ago, overlapped with Takagi's.

他找到同样变成高中生的灰原，得知自己在过去的10年里不断服用解毒药导致产生抗药性，最近5年已无法变会原有状态。失落的柯南无奈看着周遭的转变，更让他倍受打击的是，小兰决定放弃杳无音讯的新一而嫁给新出老师。他们的恋情亦梦以幻，何以为终……

由于阿笠博士家的浴室出了故障，江户川柯南（高山南 配音）随同小兰（山崎和佳奈 配音）、灰原哀（林原惠美 饰）一同去大众浴池洗澡。期间柯南不小心滑倒撞到头部，随后被两名神秘的陌生人带走。一番混乱后，天才诈欺师娜娜（深见梨加 配音）和神秘杀手近藤（香川照之 配音）将失去记忆的柯南带到某处隐蔽的别墅，并伪装成他的父母，而追踪近藤他们的阿笠博士和灰原则遭遇严重车祸。娜娜所属的某个犯罪团伙似乎打算利用制造一起炸弹恐怖袭击。与此同时，供职于某杂志的编辑水岛早苗（广末凉子 配音）怀疑丈夫近藤有外遇，而找到毛利小五郎调查丈夫的行踪。时间流逝，险恶的阴谋浮出水面……
本片为《名侦探柯南》漫画连载二十周年的特别企划，编剧请到《盗钥匙的方法》的导演/编剧内田贤治担纲，香川照之、广末凉子受邀为《盗》中自己的角色再度配音。
