En la Escuela General de Policía se hace entrega a los alumnos que van a ingresar como policías en la Dirección General de Seguridad de armas y credenciales. El instructor Nogués les dirige la palabra y les recomienda que el uso de esas armas sea presidido por un rígido concepto de su conciencia. Como ejemplos relata a continuación dos casos totalmente opuestos en los cuales el uso de las armas ha de hacerse de muy distinto modo. Cuando termina su alocución lo hace con la recomendación de que las armas que se les entregan sean un medio, no un fin.

This sequel to the popular spaghetti western "Clint the Stranger" was released four years after the success of the first film and essentially uses the same plot. George Martin returns as Clint (renamed Trinity in some countries), an ex-gunslinger desperately wanting to be forgiven and accepted by his family that he abandoned years earlier. One major differences in the plot when compared to the first film is the addition of Klaus Kinski as a ruthless bounty hunter. The bounty hunter tracks Clint down and forces him to return to his violent ways to protect himself and his family.

Bandits ambush Capt. Roy Dexter of the U.S. Cavalry while he and his men escort a fortune in Confederate gold coins. Only Dexter survives the attack. He's subsequently sentenced to life in prison on the false belief he masterminded the ambush. Escaping from prison, Dexter sets about tracking down and exposing the true culprits.

A young deserter from the army returns to the place where his father has been killed by a family of Mexican landowners. The task is not easy as he is alone in his efforts to avenge his father's death.
