Heine Wittgenstein is a pint-sized man given a monumental task. He's recently hired by the King of Grannzreich to whip four of his five sons into royalty material as their tutor. At first glance, the princes have all the allure and refinement Heine would expect but underneath their manicured exteriors are four potentially terrible tyrants.

高中女生朝雾彩，在学校中朝雾彩每天被同学欺凌在家中被哥哥虐待，在精神几乎崩溃之时，朝雾彩误打误撞的进入了一个「魔法少女网站」获得了魔法少女的手杖拥有了魔法力量，而在某天彩又被同学欺凌时使出了手杖的力量，同学突然从自己的眼前消失之后，同学出现在了一个远离自己的地方最后凄惨的死去。
而这个魔法少女手杖的能力并非能够无限使用，使用一次使用者的寿命就会减少，当魔法少女手上的纹章完全消失时魔法少女就会死去。
而在故事的设定中一共有 18 个魔法少女网站，有 18 个网站管理人也就是至少存在 18 位魔法少女，尽管女主角圣母属性爆棚因为意外的杀死了同学而负有罪恶感，但有其他魔法少女在抢夺手杖从而引发了魔法少女之间的争斗。

Yuta, a young master at the Tsukiji Fish Market, accidentally drops his meal of mixed seafood into the Sumida River. Some time afterwards a gigantic mutated squid monster arises from the depths and begins to wreak havoc upon an awe-stricken Tokyo. Attempts by the Japan Self-Defense Forces to stop the creature prove futile. As it seems things couldn’t get any worse an enormous mutant octopus monster emerges from the deep and heads into a clash of the titans with the gargantuan squid! As a last ditch effort, the government forms the “Seafood Monster Attack Team (SMAT)” and an all-new plan of attack is immediately put into action. But just as the tide appears to be turning in humanity’s favor, a colossal crab monster appears, joining in the Monster Seafood Wars and plunging the world into culinary chaos…

The four princes of the Kingdom of Granzreich are aiming to become the next king. Under the guidance of the royal tutor Heine Wittgenstein, while overcoming various obstacles and sometimes hesitating, they grow little by little. Appearing before them are twin princes from the Kingdom of Romano. Even though these princes look cute on the surface, they are actually extremely sadistic...! Towards such an unprecedented crisis, Heine and the four princes perform "educational guidance"!?
