Season 2 resumes directly from the cliffhanger of the first season, adapting chapters 34 through 62 of the manga. The opening arc, known as the Cursed House Arc, follows Momo, Okarun, and their friend Jin Enjoji (Jiji) as they journey to Jin’s family residence in Daija Town—a location steeped in malevolence and tragedy. Their seemingly simple trip soon turns into a deep dive into dark history, unearthing long-buried mysteries.

This leads into the chilling Evil Eye Arc, where Jin becomes possessed by an ancient spirit with a history of torment and violent death. This narrative shift delves deeper than previous threats, introducing a personal struggle that resonates with the characters’ emotional arcs.

Set in the Shinigami technical school for weapon meisters, the series revolves around 3 groups of each a weapon meister and a human weapon. Trying to make the latter a "Death Scythe" which is the highest title for a weapon and thus fit for use by the Shinigami, they must collect the souls of 99 evil humans and 1 witch. Maka & Soul Eater, Black Star & Tsubaki, and Death the Kid with Patty and Liz Thompson are the characters Soul Eater revolves around. Besides taking the time to gather souls, these students of Shibusen defend Death City from some of the most powerful of creatures while still attending school and trying to become stronger.

背景设定在不远的近未来，宇宙中有一位叫作丹迪的宇宙猎人，为了寻找各种未知的外星物种，与搭档旧型清扫机器人QT以及长得像猫的外星人喵一起在宇宙中到处冒险，并因此卷入一场场有趣的故事之中。

La serie narra las aventuras de Ichigo Kurosaki, un adolescente que tiene la facultad de interactuar con los espíritus. Una noche, Ichigo se encuentra con una shinigami —personificación japonesa del Dios de la muerte— llamada Rukia Kuchiki, quien se sorprende que pueda verla. Sin embargo, su conversación es interrumpida por la aparición de un hollow, un espíritu maligno. Honnouji Academy is forcefully ruled by the iron-fisted control of its student council and its president, Satsuki Kiryuin.
