It tells the story of villagers from Ningxia who migrated and built Minning Town from scratch.

The government wants to build the rural housing land and encourages the farmers of Xiji Country to migrate or relocate. However, the conditions of the desert are too harsh. The villagers who moved there mostly left the second day. Ma Defu tries his best to get the villagers to stay and build the Minning Town. In 1996, the Party Central Committee made a strategic plan to promote counterpart cooperation between the East and the West, which identified Fujian counterparts to promote poverty alleviation work in Ningxia. As time passes, Minning Town was given a new lease of life.

故事发生在东方大都市上海。如今的上海各类大小广告公司太多了，但年奔三张自谓女强人的乔安娜（黄芳翎 饰）偏要淌淌这潭浑水，她第一步先跳槽外资企业，申请注册了3A广告公司，同时开始招兵买马，决心白手起家、大干一场。英雄（佟悦 饰）落拓不羁、风流潇洒，被乔老板招至麾下，担任了公司的创意总监，上海男人蒋文彬（王景春 饰）则担任了客户部经理。万事俱备，只欠东风。随着第一单生意的来临，Tom（俞恩泰 饰）、东北小伙Jerry（沙溢 饰）以及乔老板的前情敌方方（陈陈 饰）纷纷入伙，开始了一场前途未卜的赌注......

空军某场站基层卫生队有这样几个人：高队长（高亚麟 饰）人近50，性情直爽不失狡猾，有较丰富的行医经验，生活中烦心事虽不少，却颇为知足；闫护士长（闫妮 饰）刀子嘴豆腐心，工作能力强，但也爱没事瞎操心；李医生（郑恺 饰）是个帅哥，多年前落选部队航校飞行学员后 改念军医专科，医学理论基础虽弱但实际经验较多；刘医生（刘敏 饰）是闫护士长的护校同窗，护校毕业接着念了军医本科，颇有小资情调，与闫护士长常爱互相挤兑，与李医生也是欢喜冤家；殷护士（殷桃 饰）是本科毕业的高学历护理人员，外表靓丽的她常被误认为是来慰问的文工团演员；新到的护士小张（张乔玫 饰）和亚男（刘思言 饰）一个来自四川农村，一个来自东北小城市，护理技术及性格都是基本相反。这些人与连部战士一起，不围绕厨房围绕病房发生了一个个令人捧腹的故事。

第2部中多出的几位女兵——卫生队的闫护士长（闫妮）、卫生员小姚（姚晨）和小张（张乔玫）——在本部里戏份虽然依旧不多，却无疑是女主角，正是这几朵鲜花的陪衬，炊事班的班长胖洪（洪剑涛）、副班长老高（范明）、采购员大周（周小斌）、爱耍小性的小毛（毛孩）、酸秀才帅胡（沙溢）及馋鬼小姜（姜超）等6个光棍才更讨观众喜欢。
除了平日生活中的小事，本部还说及老高、大周、胖洪等即将退伍的战士的爱情与就业问题，展示了原是新兵的帅胡、小毛及小姜逐渐蜕变成熟的过程。后部分更是多出一个性格上与老高几乎是兄弟、但外貌上与他是仇敌的王班副（王磊）。

炊事班仍是第一部里那个让人笑喷的炊事班：班长胖洪（洪剑涛 饰）依旧处理不好班里发生的大小事务、副班长老高（范明 饰）依旧爱揪别人小辫子爱打小报告一心想做班长、采购员大周（周小斌 饰）依旧热情能干容易冲动性急、小毛（毛孩 饰）依旧个子不高鬼点子不少爱唱歌爱闯祸、帅胡（沙溢 饰）依旧馒头蒸得一 流没事喜欢写点酸文章、小姜（姜超 饰）依旧同胖洪一样很肥爱吃爱喝有时会吹点小牛。
但这部里连部多出卫生队，因此他们身边的人，除了连长及其它班的战士，还有卫生队的闫护士长（闫妮 饰）、卫生员小姚（姚晨 饰）和小张（张乔玫 饰）。

The odd-couple courtship saga continues of wealthy, middle-aged retiree Qin Fen and serious-minded young air hostess Xiaoxiao. After an amusing prelude in which Qin presides over a lavish divorce ceremony for an amicably splitting married couple, he and Xiaoxiao decide to address their own relationship barriers — her youth and beauty, his cynical, childish sense of humor — by entering into a trial marriage while on a trip to the country's tropical southeast.

The series follows a group of workers at a delivery/security guard agency, where the workday consists of ego clashes, inappropriate behavior and action-packed comedy.

Qiao Yang, an associate chief physician, and Zhou Jingwen, a successful plastic surgeon, were once classmates but became estranged due to a past misunderstanding. The plot is vaguely reminiscent of The Devil Wears Prada. The heroine is a new fashion editor who has to deal with her female boss and boyfriend, an arrogant young painter who has a chaotic past with other girls.
