An omnibus-style 11-part animation work for the theater, in which the members of the 800 OL Committee, representatives of OLs all over the country, summarize the realities of everyday men. Hundreds of OLs gathered by Chinami Shimizu, who worked at a computer-related company, observe the company's boss and other uncles while commuting and working. Classify it into genres such as commuting, tea, meetings, and adultery, and uncover the ecology of uncles.

Apulo (a cat-like space alien with the ability to lock a human's emotions) and Latell work for the Division of Space Piracy (or DSP for short). The two of them are extremely destructive in their solving of DSP cases. They are attempting to stop Youmei the space pirate from exploiting Computer Aided Thinking for his own nefarious plans.

This fourth movie takes place a couple of years after the series. Minami and Tatsuya are both in college now. Different colleges, I might add. Tatsuya has quit playing baseball. When the Spirit World is flooded due to an unusual rainfall which overflows the River Sanzu (aka the River Styx), Lord Koenma senses an extremely powerful enemy.
