Someone is killing off LA's most vicious criminals and the police are powerless to do anything about it. As the commissioner enlists the help of his top lieutenant, Roger, to solve the case, Roger begins to suspect that the mysterious Executioner might be his old friend from Vietnam.

Lonigan and his partner Tony, two drug dealers, shoot two cops who attempt to set them up, and run away with a million bucks and the drugs, which they stash in a red Corvette Stingray in a used car lot. When they attempt to recover their stash with their leader, Abigail, they find out that two happy-go-lucky dudes, Elmo and Al, have bought the car. They quickly pursue the two along with the police who think that the car's new owners are the criminals.

While in town on shore leave, Joe meets, falls in love with and proposes to Anne, a beautiful woman he rescues from an attacker. Anne, however, has a past: she's a prostitute and a former heroin addict on the run from her well-connected pimp, Harry. With the help of his friend, Chris, Joe must make sure Harry can never threaten Anne again.

Deep in the desert, a rural American family is forced to endure a night of inter-dimensional, extra terrestrial terror when a UFO appears over their home.
