某夜总会，雷鸣、王川执行一次突击检查任务时，发现了一名神秘的女子。她叫陈云湘，是小有名气的美女作家。混到一堆小姐里体验生活。陈云湘盛情邀请王川和雷鸣前往她签名售书的现场。王川、雷鸣如约前往，遇见了陈云湘、卢大勇和一个风度翩翩的中年男人，陈云湘介绍说这是她的出版商王建舟，正在负责操作她的自传本新书《裙书》，马上就要出版。在场的还有一个女诗人周眉。刑侦队办公室，王川急匆匆地进来，他刚接到何苗的报案，陈云湘在自己家中被杀身亡。在排除了一系列线索后，雷鸣和周眉展开交锋。周眉的解释合情合理，眼看线索要断掉，雷鸣却从陈云湘的电脑中发现了问题：小说被删去了一段。
《怪症》
雷鸣探组在执行一项抓捕任务时挂了彩，在医院里，医生谷青开始对雷鸣和王川进行治疗，配合她的是一个外表英挺的男大夫，叫潘文昌，他是谷青的副手，很听从谷青。夜晚，王川和雷鸣朦胧入睡，突然听见走廊里有叫喊声，忙冲出去，看见护士蔺墨香正从一个男人的怀里挣脱出来，那个男人看见雷鸣，转身逃跑。蔺墨香恨恨地说，这个人叫张栩，是保安部的主任，经常对她不规矩，一有机会就动手动脚。第二天，蔺墨香失踪了。雷鸣和王川展开调查，却没有任何头绪。这时太平间又出了事：一具尸体不翼而飞。在锅炉房突然发生了一起外地盲流打架事件，王川前去制止，原来是两个捡拾炉渣的人在争抢一枚金戒指。王川看着戒指，心里一动。经蔺墨香同寝室的护士辩认，戒指正是蔺墨香的。雷鸣迅速召来龙翎，龙翎从炉渣中发现了熔掉的纽扣和遗骨，可以确定，这里就是焚烧蔺墨香尸体的现场。侦破工作立即展开，经过一番排查，疑点集中到谷青身上。然而，谷青却突然从楼顶坠楼身亡。眼看线索又要断了，到底谁是凶手？
《乱世佳人》
京西龙家庄北盘山路上一辆菲亚特小汽车跌落山谷。在现场，王川发现死者头上有钝器伤，这使他杀的可能性明显增强。从提包内遗留名片驾照等证物得知，死者邵一鹏，四十岁，生前系北京市开元公司总经理。邵一鹏的妻子沙秀花前来辨认尸体，沙秀花一进停尸房就嚎啕大哭，当她小心地揭起尸布一角看了一眼被火烧焦的尸体时，顿时晕倒在地。雷鸣派人送走情绪级不稳定的沙秀花，然后和麦欧去开元公司了解情况。开元公司总经理助理叶嫱接待了雷鸣和麦欧，叶嫱看上去文静美丽，很有气质，雷鸣第一眼看见她便产生了好感。谁知第二天一早又发生了一件意想不到的事，邵一鹏家里失火，沙秀花不知去向！而更离奇的是，经过调查确认，坠下山崖的车里的尸体不是邵一鹏，那么，沙秀花为什么要撒谎？
《蛇案》
一个跨国的人口走私集团，以“出国留学中介”的名义，制造假的学业文凭、假的学位证书、假的出国护照。人蛇集团的指挥中心在中国大陆，其罪恶活动涉及到日本、美国、加拿大，还有澳大利亚，已经引起各国警方观注。日本警方查到一条线索，得知该集团有一个名叫毛佳的成员，是个女的，年轻人，将要返回中国大陆，落脚海滨。
《炉火中烧》
八月二十五日，锦阳公寓发现一起命案，死者名叫齐红，市外贸公司职员，单身。死状恐怖，浑身赤裸，双手被绑在床头，口中塞着一个红色文胸，身上布满鞭痕，死者正好处于月经期，但下体撕裂，并在阴道中检测出精液，表明死前曾被迫有过性行为。死者腹部用毛笔画出九个黑色圆圈，直指阴部。死亡时间约为凌晨两点左右。公寓内其他东西完好，没有被翻过的痕迹，雷鸣强忍着心中的愤怒勘察现场。麦欧在网上查询近十年的女性谋杀案，当搜查结果出来时大家都傻了眼，共有五个十分相似的案子，时间都在八月份，而且无一例外的是，这些案子虽然有的已经过了几年，但全成了悬案，凶手至今仍然逍遥法外！凶手的残忍令人发指。
《蜜月杀机》
申镜江幕名失踪、死亡。雷鸣等从这条线查出其还有一享生弟弟，兄弟俩继承了舅舅的遗产，可是支配权在申镜江的手里。而其弟弟一直是一个贩毒集团的成员，所以申镜江没有把属于弟弟的那部分遗产分给申某，而是帮弟弟存了起来。于是两兄弟发生了矛盾，关系也从此十分糟糕，申某连申镜江的婚礼都没有参加。申镜江或许因为对申某不满，也就没有对新婚妻子吴丹妮提起还有这样一个孪生弟弟。所以，吴丹妮对申某根本一无所知。当申某手时的一批货（毒品）被扣了，对于这个损失，上头是不会轻易饶了申某的，于是申某需要一大笔钱来填这个空缺。于是申某又想到了兄弟俩的那份遗产。可是申镜江绝对不同意把钱交给申某何等这种非法的勾当。于是申某就起了歹意，计划了一场谋杀——趁申镜江新婚回来度蜜月时，把他骗了出去，而且残忍地杀害了他。然后，开始扮演申镜江，还用一首歌骗取了大家的信任。几乎骗过了所有人，只有新婚妻子吴丹妮发现这个冒牌货，所以申某想尽办法把吴丹妮的情绪搞乱，让她看起来象个精神病，就没有人相信她的话了。然而最终还是被我公安干警识破。
《T台魅影》

It tells the story of villagers from Ningxia who migrated and built Minning Town from scratch.

The government wants to build the rural housing land and encourages the farmers of Xiji Country to migrate or relocate. However, the conditions of the desert are too harsh. The villagers who moved there mostly left the second day. Ma Defu tries his best to get the villagers to stay and build the Minning Town. In 1996, the Party Central Committee made a strategic plan to promote counterpart cooperation between the East and the West, which identified Fujian counterparts to promote poverty alleviation work in Ningxia. As time passes, Minning Town was given a new lease of life.

Screenwriter Liu Xiangshang has a relatively free schedule in his daily schedule. He is responsible for the education and care of his son Guoning and daughter Guobao at home, while his wife Dai Jing chooses to work in an out-of-town company with a higher salary.

Headhunter Zheng Qiu Dong doesn’t know the meaning of defeat. There is no limit to how much he is willing to do to succeed in the hunting ground that is the world of business. He is also incredibly close to his girlfriend, Luo Yi Ren, and truly cares for his best friend from college, Bai Li Qin.

It depicts two sisters struggling with life in Jiangzhou, a fictional city that strongly resembles present-day Shanghai. The Chinese name is a figure of speech meaning "humble abode".
