Tony（方力申 饰）是个热爱音乐的富家子，满心希望想加入乐团，可是乐团主音却十分鄙视Tony。Tony经常光顾的唱片店内，有一位曾经很寂寞的女店员Kristy（吴雨霏 饰），与失业的父亲（林雪 饰）共同生活。她身边有一个共同成长的叫阿奇（侧田 饰）的男孩，阿奇学业奇差，在母亲（恬妞 饰）的改衣店里工作。母亲希望阿奇可以成为一个有自信的人，但他唯一能扣动人心弦的是他的音乐才华。当Kristy遇上Tony后，便一直暗恋着Tony。但其实阿奇也是默默爱着Kristy……

Shorts made by 11 directors in order to fight against the SARS epidemy that occurred in China and Hong Kong in 2003. The shorts were produced by the Information Service Departement of the Government of HK SAR. The aim was to bring back confidence to the HK popuation. The running-time is 1 to 2 minutes for each short.

在IPSC实战射击赛中，警员庄子维（吴彦祖 饰）打破了赛会纪录，但新纪录很快被香港基金经理关友博（古天乐 饰）改写，后者夺魁。赛后，关友博巧遇蒙面歹徒打劫解款车，解款员被歹徒打死。此时，一个交通警（连凯 饰）路过，被歹徒打伤。为救人，关友博击毙了4名劫匪，并报警。另一歹徒落荒而逃，同时4亿美元债券遭抢。交警获救，护理他的是关有博的女友（蔡卓妍 饰）。因非法持枪伤人，关友博被拘。庄子维审问时发现对方超常冷静。面对检方控诉，关友博沉着应对，结果当庭获释。女上司（李冰冰 饰）接他回家，但他对她的殷勤并不领情。关友博的账户存在资金周转问题，他正想方设法拖延还款时间。庄子维在查案中毫无头绪，于是请教老枪王（方中信 饰），从对话中，他似乎嗅到了关键性的线索……

高公乐（刘德华）原本是一名医生，由于太投入工作常常会将家庭忽略，直到妻子梁紫晴（蔡卓妍）因一次意外身亡，他才明白到家庭对他的重要，转职做了救护员，过上了有规律的生活，但对妻子的思念之情一直没有减少。阿Sam（杨采尼）患有严重心脏病，高太身亡后捐出的心脏令她获得新生，却也自此开始对丈夫Derek（刘德华）疑神疑鬼，终导致对方无法忍受弃她而去。
阿Sam移植过来的心脏出现大问题生命垂危，高公乐偶尔发现她与几年前的自己十分相似后，决定替她寻回Derek的下落，而高公乐的举动，也令阿Sam明白了何为真爱。

冰（杨千嬅 饰）是广告公司的客户经理，公司她是女强人，下班后她跟很多女人一样，苦苦寻觅自己的爱情。一天晚上她在酒吧遇到了心理医生V仔（任贤齐 饰），两个人缠绵的时候V仔意外发现了冰的胸部有肿块。经医生诊断证实冰真的患上了乳癌，冰大受打击，惧怕自己因为失去了一边乳房而没有好归宿。
自从因为V仔发现自己的病情后，冰就对V仔存在了怨恨，可是V仔也因为她留下了阴影，因此不举。冰差点被朋友骗财，幸好有V仔及时解围，之后二人便互相扶持帮助，情愫暗生。冰同时要为是否切除乳房而烦恼。
