The entertainment duo Mitchell & Petrillo, en route to a USO show for troops in Guam, fall out of their plane and end up on the jungle island of Cola Cola, where the mad scientist Dr. Zabor is conducting evolutionary experiments.

Sammy, a zookeeper, prepares to go on a vacation with his friend. He starts to tell his friend about what a good time he had on his last vacation, visiting alligator farms and nudist camps, which are shown in flashbacks.

After earning his degree through a correspondence course, Stanley uses his newfound knowledge to help his neighbors reignite the flames of passion. Little does anyone realize that their most intimate moments are all eye candy for the lonely maintenance man who has open access to the entire building.
