U.C.0096 ――。ネオ・ジオン軍と地球連邦軍が戦火を交えた『シャアの反乱』から3年。
開放されれば地球連邦政府を転覆しかねない、といわれる『ラプラスの箱』の譲渡を決意したビスト財団の宗主サイアムは、現当主のカーディアスに、ネオ・ ジオン残党軍の『袖付き』との会談を計画させる。だが、『箱』の流出阻止を企図した連邦政府は、特殊部隊エコーズとロンド・ベル隊を派遣。両勢力の戦闘は、工業コロニー〈インダストリアル7〉に惨禍を及ぼす。
今際の際のカーディアスから、『ラプラスの箱』の『鍵』となるモビルスーツ《ユニコ-ン》を託された 少年バナージ・リンクスは、『袖付き』のマリーダ中尉が駆る《クシャトリヤ》と交戦後、ロンド・ベルの強襲揚陸艦《ネェル・アーガマ》に拿獲されてしまう。その艦には、バナージの友人タクヤとミコットと共に、『箱』の譲渡を阻止しようとしてカーディアスと接触した少女オードリーも収容されていた。その《ネェル・アーガマ》に対し、単機で挑みかかるモビルスーツが出現する。《シナンジュ》と呼ばれる真紅の機体を駆る人物こそ、『シャアの再来』 の二つ名を持つ『袖付き』の首魁、フル・フロンタルだった―。

巴纳吉为了保护米妮瓦，驾驶独角兽敢达出击，与弗尔･伏朗托的新安州在战斗时被捕获，囚于新吉翁残党军“带袖的”据点–资源卫星帛琉。为将夺回巴纳吉和独角兽，联邦军中率领特种作战部ECOAS的塔克萨中校，配合拟・阿卡马号，对帛琉发动袭击。 巴纳吉趁乱带着独角兽逃出了帛琉，然而… NT-D系统的启动揭示了通往“拉普拉斯之盒”的路标，因此弗尔･伏朗托派出了玛莉妲和她的刹帝力，挡住了巴纳吉的去路。

There, the ruler of that world wants her song so that he could use it to open a doorway to Yoko's world and conquer it with his armies. 火野国中1年级的植木耕助，某天突然得到了“将自己认为是垃圾的东西变成树”的能力，授予他这个能力的是天神候补的天界人小林老师。100名天神候补授予各自选中的中学生以不同的能力，让其战斗，能够选中最强中学生的天神候补就可以成为下届的神。于是一场惊天动地的战斗展开了。
但是这种能力一旦伤害普通的人类，自身拥有的才能就会一点点消失。然而一旦在战斗中胜出的话，就能拥有”空白之才“（拥有者能拥有任何一种想要的才能），即使是再恐怖的能力也有可能。

An injured man is found in the woods by a girl named Eruruu, and everything about him is mysterious. Without knowledge of his past nor even his own name, he is welcomed to Eruruu's home and is given the name Hakuoro by her grandmother, and younger sister, Aruruu. While the inhabitants of the village have large ears and tails, Hakuoro's defining physical trait is quite different as he has neither ears nor tail, but only a mask that he cannot remove.
