纯（逢坂良太 配音）升上了大学，每一天，他上课下课打工，过着枯燥而乏味的生活。某日，在打工的店里，纯意外得到了一本杂志，这本杂志专门教人如何使用杂志里附赠的零件来制作人偶，只要收集齐这一套杂志，按部就班的制作，就能够得到名为真红（泽城美雪 配音）美丽人偶。
就这样，在好奇心的趋势之下，纯开始制作人偶。可就在快要完工的节骨眼上，纯却收到了杂志休刊的消息，而这一切背后的始作俑者，是名叫雪华绮晶（千叶千惠巳 配音）的人偶。当纯开始制作真红的那一刻起，人偶之间的战争再度拉开了序幕。为了完成自己的作品，纯决定亲自前往N之领域，寻找剩下的材料。

藤桥凉（高森奈津美 配音）是在工厂里上班的女白领，深受下属和同事们的信赖。某日，一个名叫水野飒马（伊东健人 配音）的男人找到了她，拜托她帮忙参加一场联谊会。水野是凉的青梅竹马，两人从很小的时候起就认识了，如今的水野是一名消防员，不知道他成长的过程中遇到了什么变故，导致他现在的性格非常的轻浮，总之对于凉来说，水野并不是一个理想的恋爱对象。
然而，让凉没有想到的是，自己的公寓竟然发生了火灾，房屋尽毁，无奈之下，凉只得暂时搬到了水野家里，两人就这样开始了“同居”生活，凉也因此看到了水野不为人知的另一面。
