A new school term begins, as does the season of new encounters. As he surveys his class full of couples, Hashiba Jun'ichi's mind is filled with distress as he asks himself, "Why am I still a virgin?!" 《豹头王传说》是栗本薫所著的长篇小说，作品讲述以主人公Guin为中心，在架空的世界、时代中的人们生与死的故事。作品从描写国与国的战争、策略、兴亡到市井人们的欲望、爱情、友情、仇恨等，是一部历史巨篇。小说从1979年9月推出第一卷《豹头的假面》以来，到2008年12月已推出123卷正传、21卷外传，总计发行部数超过2800万册，受到了众多读者的支持。小说在2003年推出英文版，随后再被翻译成德、泰、俄、法等语言，今后还将推出中文版和韩文版。小说还于2000年由柳泽一明作画推出首部改编漫画《七个魔道师》，这次是小说的首次动画化。
动画版由Satelight制作，监督为若林厚史（代表作：《幽游白书》、《火影忍者》），系列构成&剧本为米村正二（代表作：《口袋妖怪》系列、《花田少年史》），角色设定为村田峻治（代表作：《机动警察》剧场版），音乐则是RPG名作《最终幻想》系列的御用作曲家植松伸夫。
故事主角是连自己的出生地都不记得了的豹头战士古因，生于架空的世界，架空的时代，以他为中心，一幕幕的生死在上演。这部有如《三国志》般宏大的背景设定中，国与国之间的连年战争、谋略、兴亡正顺着命运的齿轮在转动，其中交织着宫廷、市井人物间的形形色色人物的野心、妄念、友情、诀别、恋爱等爱憎交织的感情大戏。

源间色枝（狩野茉莉 配音）拥有着一副萝莉般的矮小身材，却意外的在槌球和将棋方面有着出色的天赋。个性活泼的她喜欢开玩笑，为了捉弄人，她也是蛮拼的。冈本（内山夕实 配音）留着蘑菇头，因此被源间嘲笑为“河童”，平日里温文尔雅的她，被惹恼后便会化身为可怖的修罗，除此之外，她的“战斗力”亦十分可观。酒巻真希菜（井上麻里奈 配音）个性温和，虽然常常被取笑，但却并不会真正生气。
以上三人均为模型社的社员，可是，除了真希菜外，似乎并没有人真正对模型有什么兴趣。三个古灵精怪的女孩，以及她们的模型社，充满了欢笑和刺激的日常在这里展开。

A strange being called Yaha-kui zaShunina appears from within Kado and tries to make contact with humanity. Shindo, who was been absorbed by Kado, ends up taking on the role of mediator between Yaha-kui zaShunina and humanity. Who is Yaha-kui zaShunina? What does he want?

During the summer holidays, energetic Hana Uzaki spent most of her time accompanying her lonesome upperclassman, Shinichi Sakurai. Now that school has resumed, Uzaki's teasing continues to ramp up, much to Sakurai's constant annoyance.
