Sinossi
Douglas Murphy, un mercenario spesso utilizzato dalla Cia per le missioni più pericolose, viene abbandonato dai superiori al suo destino. Ma il soldato si salva, torna in America e decide di colpire Washington con una testata nucleare. Non ha però fatto i conti con "il pacificatore", un altro mercenario schierato però dalla parte giusta.
