简介
跟父亲关系破裂的格温·史黛西，在对付来自异时空的反派秃鹫时，遇到“蜘蛛女侠”杰西卡·德鲁以及堪称团队领袖的“蜘蛛侠2099”米格尔·欧哈拉，得以前往所有蜘蛛侠的大本营。另一边，成了他所在的宇宙唯一蜘蛛侠的迈尔斯·莫拉莱斯，虽然本领越来越娴熟，但不时对自己的身份、跟父母的关系感到十分迷惘，更因为无法见到同伴而倍感孤独。而格温的意外到来，令迈尔斯欣喜不已，两人却没能阻止反派斑点的逃脱。被带到大本营的迈尔斯，遭到米格尔的敌视，并知道了关于自己身世的大秘密。为了返回所在的宇宙，他不得不跟所有蜘蛛侠大打出手，但事情却朝着意想不到的方向发展。
