Sinossi
E' l'anno 2134 AD. Due anni sono passati dalla sconfitta degli Innovators. L'A-Laws è stata destituita e la sua tecnologia è stata integrata nel nuovo esercito. Tuttavia l'esposizione planetaria alle particelle GN ha comportato il risveglio di molte persone come "True Innovators". I Celestial Being sono tornati come osservatori, giusto in tempo per affrontare una nuova sfida: una sonda gioviana abbandonata è in rotta verso la terra, portando con se un nuovo pericolo per l'umanità.
