sinopsis
En el invierno de 2117, un vehículo desbocado se estrella contra el edificio de la Oficina de Seguridad Pública. El conductor es identificado como Izumi Yasaka, un consejero psicológico en el Santuario, un centro de aislamiento criminal latente en la Prefectura de Aomori. Pero justo antes de su interrogatorio, la agente del orden Mika Shimotsuki y el inspector Nobuchika Ginoza tienen la tarea de escoltar rápidamente a Yasaka de vuelta a Aomori.
