Investigating the mysterious deaths of a number of farm animals, vet Rack Hansen discovers that his town lies in the path of hordes of migrating tarantulas. Before he can take action, the streets are overrun by killer spiders, trapping a small group of townsfolk in a remote hotel.

An expedition to the island led by Dr. Kyohei Yamane soon discover something far more devastating than imagined in the form of a 50 meter tall monster whom the natives call Gojira. Now the monster begins a rampage that threatens to destroy not only Japan, but the rest of the world as well.

A group of scientists travel to a remote island to study the effects of nuclear weapons tests, only to get stranded when their airplane mysteriously explodes. The team soon discovers that the tests have given rise to crabs mutated into intelligent, impervious, telepathic giants intent on increasing their numbers by breeding, then travelling to populated areas to feed, and which do not intend to be stopped by their discoverers.

When the first manned flight to Venus returns to Earth, the rocket crash-lands in the Mediterranean near a small Italian fishing village. The locals manage to save one of the astronauts Colonel Calder, the mission commander. A young boy also recovers what turns out to be a specimen of an alien creature. Growing at a fantastic rate, it manages to escape and eventually threatens the city of Rome.

A Florida real estate developer and her captain lure investors to a property in the Everglades called Dreamland Shores, under false pretenses that the swampland will soon be developed. After the group arrives on a small island, they find it has been overrun by giant mutated ants, brought on by the dumping of toxic waste in the area.

Greedy sailors capture a giant lizard off the coast of Ireland and sell it to a London circus. Then its mother shows up.

Scientists try to prevent a collision between Earth and a planet that is heading for it.

La Mort le cherche pour le prévenir du danger qui pèse sur lui mais elle découvre les porcs du Père Porcher et son traîneau à l'abandon. Le pire est alors à craindre ; si les cadeaux ne sont pas distribués aux enfants, l'espoir disparaîtra et le soleil ne brillera plus jamais. Plus habitué à manier la faux qu'à descendre dans les cheminées pour distribuer des jouets, la Mort prend néanmoins le relais. Bien décidée à sauver le Père Porcher, cette dernière fait équipe avec Susan, une gouvernante peu commune, et des magiciens de l'Université de l'Invisible.
