evening. Particularly great to see a counter-flow lane going towards the pedestrian overpass to the Esplanade.

@corgidad @knizer yep, protected by parking is not a bad way to do it. It does present some trouble with peds crossing to/from parked vehicles, but that's a navigable problem at human speeds and with cyclists that are willing to use their bells early and often.
Has worked well enough on Tremont St. where I *always* see people or delivery scooters in some of the lane. Not uncommon on A St. either. Dartmouth being two-way means there's more physical space to negotiate those interactions.
